Position Summary
Production Crew convert the raw product into a processed, marketable product. They receive, sort, grade, dress, cut and package fish. They perform product inspection, load and unload freezers, weigh, package and label the product, and load/unload the product and other supplies on/off fishing vessels. They clean the factory area on a regular basis and perform other work as directed. Production Crew may work in any of several areas of the operation including the factory, the freezer containers, docks or vessels during offloads and back-loads.
Airfare to Sitka, Alaska provided for employees in the lower 48. This is a seasonal full-time position. Length of service and hours worked will depend on business needs.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks in accordance with Company standards, and local, state and federal codes.
- Basic math and English language skills, able to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a team in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic sanitation practices, basic math skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in the fishing or food industry a plus.
- Must be willing to work up to 12-hour shifts daily.
- Work extended hours with uneven shifts during peak operations.
- Tools include Fillet knives, pressure water hoses, shovels, buckets, pallets, pallet jacks, hoists, trucks, forklift (with certification).
- Work environment generally ranges from 40-65 degrees and is wet. Portions of work may be outdoors in rainy weather.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 75 pounds, climb a ladder, and safely operate a motor vehicle.
