Position Summary
Seasonal warehouse employees are responsible for shipping, packaging, preparing orders, packing boxes, labeling bags, and folding boxes in a fish manufacturing facility. Seasonal employees are also responsible for understanding fish quality, and for following company policies and training guidelines throughout the entire production process.

Seasonal part-time position. Length of service and hours worked will depend on business needs.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently complete assigned production tasks in accordance to OSHA regulations and local, state and federal health code

Position Requirements

• Basic math and English language skills, able to follow directions and complete production tasks efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.

Experience Requirements

• Food production and/or warehouse experience preferred, reliable transportation to and from work required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Working conditions vary depending on production task and time of the year.
• Employees will be exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 F in cold storage, 40 F in main production room and temperature conditions of the non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, ability to be on feet for entirety of shift.
